Ok, Craig talked me out of posting it in the Post Office. And I guess I feel better just to have written it. Still though, now whenever someone drives by the house, walks by with their dogs, or a neighbor is outside washing his car, I keep thinking: "It was probably that person. What a jerk!"

Way to take the high road Crystal. I was going to suggest that you write a letter saying "we havent asked you to stay inside out of our view so dont ask us to keep our garbage out of your view."
